Day 1 – Arrival in Marrakech

Arrive at Marrakech Menara Airport, where your Deep South Travel representative will warmly greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Settle into your room and relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring Moroccan specialties and an introduction to the program.

After breakfast, depart for Amizmiz village, nestled in the foothills near Marrakech, for your Moroccan cooking class experience. Meet your chef and learn how to prepare traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients — olive oil, aromatic spices, and garden vegetables.

Under your chef’s guidance, prepare a complete Moroccan meal from scratch, then enjoy your creations for lunch in a peaceful countryside setting.
Return to Marrakech in the afternoon for relaxation by the pool or optional spa treatments.

In the evening, head to Dar Soukkar Restaurant, one of Marrakech’s most atmospheric venues, for a lively dinner show featuring music, dance, and authentic Moroccan cuisine.

After breakfast, gear up for an exciting morning of quad biking in the Palm Grove. Receive safety instructions and ride your 330cc quad bike across desert trails, palm groves, and Berber villages. Enjoy a tea break in a traditional Berber home before returning to Marrakech.

At midday, return to your hotel for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour visiting the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, Majorelle Gardens, and Ben Youssef Madrasa, learning about the history and artistry of Marrakech.
