Deep South Travel
These terms and conditions are made to regulate the relationship between you and Deep South Travel. When you book a tour with Deep South Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation, as they represent a contractual agreement between Deep South Travel and its customers.
Booking & Payment
When you book with Deep South Travel, our team immediately begins arranging all aspects of your trip to Morocco. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required. Once the deposit is received, hotel and transportation arrangements are secured. We accept payments via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (Dirhams, Euros, USD, or any convertible currency) upon arrival. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% bank fee, payable by the customer. Your booking will be officially confirmed once we receive the deposit receipt.
Changes to Your Booking
At Deep South Travel, we value flexibility and always strive to accommodate any changes you wish to make to your booking without additional charges. However, some modifications may not be possible due to hotel or transport availability. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm your request in writing. We will do our best to meet your needs at no extra cost, but we cannot guarantee this. If changes cannot be made, you may proceed with your original booking or cancel according to the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation by Deep South Travel
Once your booking has been confirmed, our professional team will make every effort to deliver your tour as agreed. However, Deep South Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify part or all of your itinerary under exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, political instability, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of your initial deposit.
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply depending on the date of cancellation:
- Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of the deposit retained.
- 60 days or more before departure: Full refund.
- 59–30 days before departure: 30% of the total cost retained.
- 29–15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost retained.
Special Requests
Any special requirements (dietary, medical, mobility assistance, etc.) must be communicated in writing before booking. Deep South Travel prioritizes safety and comfort, and we will do our best to meet your needs. If certain requests cannot be accommodated, we will inform you before confirming your booking.
Insurance
While Deep South Travel maintains limited insurance coverage, we strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover illness, cancellation, loss of luggage, delays, or other unforeseen events. Please let us know any preferences (hotel category, bed type, room view, etc.) during booking — we will accommodate them whenever possible, but no compensation will be offered if such requests cannot be fulfilled.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We take full responsibility to ensure that your personal information is securely protected. The data you provide is used only for arranging your travel services with hotels, transport providers, and other trusted partners. Your information, including dietary or medical details, may be shared with relevant service providers to ensure your comfort and safety during the tour. By booking with Deep South Travel, you consent to this information being shared as necessary to complete your arrangements.
Flights, Visa & Passport
Deep South Travel does not include international flight bookings, visa processing, or passport issuance in its services. Travelers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and that they meet visa requirements for entry into Morocco. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your arrival date. Deep South Travel is not responsible for denied entry or related costs.
Complaints
If you experience any issue during your trip, please immediately inform your driver, guide, or hotel representative so the matter can be resolved promptly. If the issue persists, please contact our head office in writing with full details. We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and professionally.
